十八大以来,党中央结合马克思主义与当代中国的实际提出全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国和全面从严治党的新理念,形成了"四个全面"的战略布局。大学作为思想政治教育的宣传基地,将"四个全面"战略融入高校思想政治工作中,是高校辅导员的一项政治任务,也是一项立德树人的重要工作。

Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,the Party Central Committee proposes a new idea of building a well-off society,deepening the reform,comprehensively governing the country by the rule of law and strictly administering the Party by combining Marxism with the actual conditions of contemporary China,which is a strategy of governing a country. At the conference for college ideological and political work held in December 2016,General Secretary Xi pointed out that if we want to do best in ideological and political work in higher education institutions,we must follow the law of ideological and political work. As the main propaganda base of ideological and political education,universities should integrate the strategies into ideological and political education. It is not only a political task for political counselors,but also a regular work for them to strengthening moral education and cultivate students.
