摘要
近年来,我国技术交易市场取得了很大的发展,但是也存在着一些问题。逆向选择导致技术交易的沟通成本较高,技术交易后续服务跟进机制尚未健全,技术市场发展呈现区域不均衡性,这些问题阻碍了我国技术交易市场的发展。文章从多个角度探索了解决这些问题的方案。
In recent years,China＇s technology trading market has made great progress,but there are some problems.Adverse selection leads to higher communication costs in technology transactions.The follow-up mechanism of technical transaction follow-up service is not yet sound.The development of technology market presents regional imbalance.These problems hinder the development of China＇s technology trading market.This paper explores solutions to these problems from several angles.
