创业投资机构在科技企业孵化器建设中的作用探讨

Discussion on the role of venture capital institutions in building the high-tech business incubators

近年来,我国科技企业孵化器发展规模不断发展壮大。文章通过分析目前江苏省科技企业孵化器的发展现状、存在问题及制约在孵企业成长的关键因素等,阐述了创业投资机构在帮助创业企业解决资金短缺、协助开拓市场、输出管理经验等方面的优势。然后利用FAST图(功能分析系统技术),展示了创业投资机构帮助创业企业不断成长壮大,并从孵化器中顺利毕业的整个过程。最后,提出了相关政策建议。

In recent years,the scale of technology business incubators grow steadily.By analyzing the current development status and problems of technology business incubators and the key factors in Jiangsu,this paper explains the advantages of venture capital institutions in helping venture companies to resolve capital shortages、expand the market and export management experience,then it displays the entire process in which venture capital institutions help venture companies grow and grow,and graduate from incubators by FAST chart（function analysis system technique）.At last,this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
