当前,传统地勘单位的"低价值链"模式已无法适应市场需求,并阻碍了国际市场的开拓步伐。文章以江苏煤炭地质局为例,通过分析近5年的科技管理效果,认为只有主动改革、战略规划科技创新、尽快创造自主品牌、充分调动科技人才的创新积极性、设立目标性科研项目储备池和全面评估知识产权价值,才能不断提高单位竞争力,实现持续发展。

At present,the＂low-value chain＂model of traditional geological exploration units has been unable to meet market demands and has hindered the pace of international market development.Taking Jiangsu Coal Geological Bureau as an example,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of science and technology management in the past five years.The results show that active reforms,strategic planning and technological innovation,creation of independent brands,full mobilization of innovative enthusiasm for scientific and technological talents,establishment of targeted scientific research project reserve pools,and comprehensive assessment of the value of intellectual property rights can continuously improve the competitiveness of the company and achieve sustainable development.
