摘要
论文针对目前齿轮范成仪手工绘制齿廓效率较低的问题,分析了改进齿轮范成仪的关键因素,提出了一种可印制齿廓轨迹的齿轮范成仪结构,对其印制机构的执行部件的运动轨迹进行了分析,并基于执行部件的运动轨迹,对关键尺寸进行了计算,完成了该改进的齿轮范成仪的详细设计。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of hand drawn teeth profile of gear generating instrument, in this paper the key factors to improve the gear generating instrument are analyzed,a gear generating instrument structure for printing gear teeth profile is proposed,the movement track of the execution parts of the printing mechanism is analyzed, and the key dimensions are calculated based on the movement analysis of the execution parts to finish the detail design.
