摘要 目前油田高含水油井采油井下油水分离主要采用的是旋流分离技术,但旋流油水分离装置分离效率受到结构和操作参数影响非常大,分离出来的水大多含油高不能达到分离水回注地层的要求。而膜分离技术以其高效的分离性能得到快速发展。为提高高含水油田采油井下油水分离效率,研发基于膜分离的井下油水分离装置,通过膜材料的优选、膜通量实验、膜油水分离实验,选出适用高含水油井采油的井下油水分离的4种膜材料。 At present, cyclone separation technology is mainly used in the separation of oil and water in oil wells with high water cut, but the separation efficiency of the cyclone oil and water separation unit is greatly influenced by the structure and operating parameters, and most of the separated water cannot meet the requirements of the separation water reinjection formation. Membrane separation technology has developed rapidly because of its high separation efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of oil and water separation in high water cut oil field, 4 kinds of membrane materials, which are suitable for oil and water separation in high water cut oil wells, are selected through the optimization of membrane materials, membrane flux experiment and membrane oil and water separation experiment.
