摘要
为了提高掘进机液压系统的集成化、节能化和智能化,采用负载敏感控制系统,以EBZ300型掘进机为研究对象,介绍了LS和LUDV两种负载敏感控制系统的原理、结构和特点。通过建立基于SimulationX的仿真模型,对比研究了两种控制系统的流量分配特性。结果表明,在实现多执行机构同时工作而不受负载影响的同时LUDV系统具有更好的抗流量饱和特性。
In order to improve the integration, energy saving and intelligence of hydraulic system of digger, the principle structure and characteristics of LS and LUDV load sensitive control system are introduced by using load sensitive control system and EBZ300 road head as the research object. Based on the SimationX simulation model,the traffic distribution characteristics of the two control systems are compared and studied. The results show that the LUDV system has better performance against flow saturation while implementing multiple actuators working simultaneously without being affected by the load.
