以闽南理工学院智能制造基地为平台的人才培养研究

摘要 智能制造是我国制造业转型升级的发展方向,因此相关的人才培养迫在眉睫。普通本科院校如何构建专业课程实践教学体系,培养符合企业工作岗位要求的应用型技能人才成为我校应用型本科转型升级的关键。以智能制造背景下工业机器人岗位需求为导向,阐述人才培养专业课程体系的体系构建思路。主要是针对闽南理工学院机械设计及其自动化专业的学生的人才培养及应用型本科转型发展为契机,以闽南理工学院智能制造基地为平台的人才培养研究。 Intelligent manufacturing is the development direction of China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading, so relevant personnel training is imminent. How to construct the professional curriculum practice teaching system in the normal university, and to train the application-oriented talents that meet the requirements of the company's work position is the key to the transformation and upgrading of application-oriented undergraduate courses in our school. Based on the demand of industrial robot position in the background of intelligent manufacturing, this paper expounds the system construction idea of personnel training course system. This article is mainly aimed at minnan institute of mechanical design and automation specialized student talent training and the transformation of applied undergraduate development as an opportunity to intelligent manufacturing industry as the direction of applied undergraduate talents cultivation research.
