科技创新对区域经济的影响研究——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

The Influence of Science and Technology Innovation on Regional Economy——An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

本文以2008~2016年全国30个区域的面板数据为依据,结合国内外众多学者关于科技创新对区域经济影响的研究,运用面板数据固定效应变截距模型,进一步对影响区域经济的科技创新因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:以创新理论产出、财政教育投入和科技创新人才投入为代表的科技创新对区域经济的正向影响十分显著,以财政科技投入和技术市场产出为代表的科技创新对区域经济的正向影响效果微弱。最后在上述结论的基础上,给出了一些政策建议。

Technological innovation will become an inevitable requirement of economic development in the new era. Based on the panel data of 30 regions in China from 2008 to 2016,the paper combines the research of scientific and technological innovations on the regional economy by many scholars at home and abroad,and uses panel data fixed-effect variable intercept model to further influence the scientific and technological innovation factors that affect regional economy. An empirical analysis is conducted.The research shows that the positive impact of technological innovation represented by innovative theoretical output,financial education input,and scientific and technological innovation talent input on the regional economy is very significant. The scientific and technological innovation represented by financial science and technology input and technology market output is for the regional economy. The positive effect is weak. Finally,based on the above conclusions,some policy suggestions are given.
