Drilling Technology for Ultra-Deep Directional Wells in the Halahatang Area

摘要 针对塔里木油田哈拉哈塘地区超深定向井存在的造斜速度慢、井眼轨迹控制难度大等技术问题,开展了超深井井眼轨迹控制与提速技术研究。在分析超深定向井钻井技术难点的基础上,通过在斜井段井眼轨迹控制与钻井提速等方面进行技术攻关并制定技术方案,首次在该地区超深定向井241.3mm井眼造斜段钻进时试验应用了PowerDrive Archer高造斜率旋转导向系统,并在171.5mm井眼稳斜段优选中低转速大功率螺杆配套抗冲击、抗研磨性强的螺旋6刀翼PDC钻头和抗高温MWD无线随钻测量仪器,以有效控制井眼轨迹并提高钻速,同时选用防漏防涌防硫、抗高温的钻井液体系以保障超深定向井安全施工。哈拉哈塘地区4口超深定向井钻井施工情况表明,定向井斜井段平均机械钻速提高13.53%,平均定向工期缩短38.58%。这种根据造斜段、稳斜段不同需求分别考虑技术可操作性的集成技术,对塔里木油田哈拉哈塘地区超深定向井轨迹控制与提速具有很好的借鉴作用。 In order to solve the technical problems that include slow buildup rate and hard well trajectory control in ultra-deep directional drilling in the Halahatang Area of the Tarim Oilfield,we investigated well trajectory control and ROP-increasing technologies for ultra-deep wells.By analyzing difficulties in ultra-deep directional drilling technology,and studying the buildup section trajectory control and the ROP-increasing technology,a technical program was developed.The program tested the PowerDrive Archer rotary steerable system (RSS) in the buildup section of φ241.3 mm hole in ultra-deep directional well for the first time in this area.A motor with medium to low RPM and high power was selected,and combined with anti-shock and anti-abrasion 6-blade PDC bit and high temperature resistant MWD instrument in BHA to control the hole trajectory and raise ROP in φ171.5 mm inclination holdup section.By selecting a drilling fluid system that prevents lost circulation and well kick,and blocks the effects of sulfur and high temperature,safe operation in ultra-deep directional well was guaranteed.Field tests were conducted in four ultra-deep directional wells in the Halahatang Area,the average ROP in inclined section was increased by 13.53%,the average directional drilling period was shortened by 38.58%.The composite technology based on the operability in build-up and hold-up sections can be used as a reference for trajectory control and ROP increase in ultra-deep directional wells of the Halahatang Area in the Tarim Oilfield.
