The wide coating film is an important agricultural production material,its production process and process control are more complex,the requirement of equipment control and maintenance is high.Through the combination of the control system and the monitoring system,the production operation process is simplified,the online operation management and the production efficiency are improved.This paper introduces the composition and characteristics of the unit control system,the integrated design and application of monitoring system and control system,hoping to provide reference for the application of related industries.
