利用Langmuir-Blodgett膜技术制备低维层状的纳米无机氧化物异质结构材料

Preparation of Low-dimensional Layered Heterostructures of Inorganic Oxide Nanomaterials by Langmuir-Blodgett Technique

摘要 Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)膜是一种能够比较准确地控制双亲分子在薄膜中的有序排列的界面自组装技术。近年来随着自组装、纳米和超分子科学和技术的发展,人们利用LB技术在气液界面控制和组装了多种由无机纳米材料和有机-无机杂化材料构成的异质结构和低维层状结构。本文以几种常见的无机纳米氧化物(SiO_2、TiO_2、ZnO和Fe_3O_4等)为例,总结了这些纳米无机氧化物LB膜的制备方法、微观形貌、物理化学性质和可能的应用前景。 Langmuir-Blodgett( LB) film technique can be used to prepare extremely thin film with high degree of structural order.It has potential applications in many fields such as new sensors and optoelectronic devices. With the development of nanoscale self-assembling and supramolecular science and technology,the LB method has been recently used to construct well-ordered low-dimensional ultrathin films of inorganic nanomaterial and organic-inorganic hybrid material. This paper reviewed the preparation,microscopic images,physico-chemical properties of several inorganic oxides such as SiO2,TiO2,ZnO and Fe3O4 as well as their potential applications.
