摘要
本文建立高效液相色谱分离测定0.1%抑霉唑涂抹剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。采用ODS-C18反相色谱柱和二极管列阵检测器(检测波长230 nm),以乙腈-KH_2PO_4水溶液为流动相,对试样中的抑霉唑进行分离,外标法定量分析。抑霉唑线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.001,变异系数为1.12%,平均回收率为99.53%。该方法简便、快捷、有效地分离了样品中的抑霉唑,精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of 0.1% imazalil liniment by HPLC is described in this work. Imazalil in sample was separated with ODS-C18 reversed phase column using mixture of acetonitrile and KH_2PO_4 water solution as mobile phase,and detected by PDA detector at 230 nm. In addition,the results were quantified by external standard method. The linear correlation coefficient of imazalil was 1. 0000,the standard deviation was 0. 001,the coefficient of variation was 1.12%,and the average recovery was 99. 53%. This method is simple,rapid and effective in separating imazalil in the sample,and has high precision and accuracy as well as good linear relationship.
