白刺原花青素研究进展

Progressin Research on Proanthocyanidin in Nitraria

原花青素是一种天然的抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗肿瘤肿瘤、降血糖、保护心血管以及降血脂等方面的功能,有着巨大的应用潜力。我国白刺主要分布在西北地区及滨海地区的盐碱地带,含有丰富的活性成分,具有较高的药用和和保健价值。本文综述了近年来白刺原花青素提取纯化、检测方法及生理功能等方面的研究进展,为进一步开展白刺原花青素研究及深入开发利用白刺资源提供参考。

As a natural antioxidant,proanthocyanidin has great application potential due to its various functions including anti-oxidation,free radical scavenging,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,cardiovascular and hypolipidemic effects.In China,Nitraria tangutorum is mainly distributed in the saline-alkaline zone of the northwestern region and coastal area.It is rich in active ingredients and has high value of medicinal and health care. In this paper,the research progress in the extraction,purification,detection methods and physiological functions of proanthocyanidins in Nitraria tangutornis was reviewed in order to provide information for further research on and utilization of Nitraria.
