摘要
针对新能源电采暖(NEEH)的资源与环境价值分析问题,本文提出一种分析方法。首先,分析NEEH组成结构;其次,建立NEEH价值分析模型,包括替代煤炭、天然气从而节约化石能源的资源价值与减少CO_2、SO_2等污染气体排放的环境价值;再次,以新疆某地区进行NEEH为背景,以弃风、弃光率与NEEH供电可靠性为优化目标,利用博弈论对最佳供暖规模进行评估,并对该条件下的新能源用电量、火电用电量进行计算;最后,对NEEH资源与环境价值进行分析。分析结果表明,相对于燃煤、燃气供暖,NEEH的资源与环境价值巨大。
For the issue of resource and environment value analysis of NEEH,a kind of analytical method is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the structure of NEEH is analyzed. Secondly,the value analysis model of NEEH is set up,including the resource value of replaced coal and natural gas to save fossil energy and the environmental value of reducing discharge of polluted gas such as CO+2 and SO+2 etc. After that,the NEEH in certain area in Xinjinag is taken as background and with the reliability of wind curtailment,discard rate and NEEH power supply as optimization objective. The optimal heating scale is evaluated by the use of game theory and the power consumption of new energy and thermal power consumption are calculated under this condition. Finally,the NEEH resource and environmental value is analyzed. It is shown by the analysis result that compared with coal and gas heating,the resources and environmental value of NEEH are great.
