摘要
本文研究了冲压技术的优缺点、钼金属变形特点及冲压件的断口和微观组织结构,分析了增强钼板材冲压力学性能的机理与方法;从装备、原料、工艺三方面出发,全面总结了钼金属冲压件的常见缺陷,并结合生产实践和产品应用反馈,开展了针对性的原因分析,获取了提高钼金属冲压件成品率及产品质量的有效方法。
The advantages and disadvantages of the stamping technology and the deformation characteristics of molybdenum products were studied, the microstructure and fracture of stamping were analyzed. Mechanism and method of strengthing molybdenum sheet stamping mechanical properties were analyzed. From the aspects of the equipment, raw materials, technology , the common lack of molybdenum products stamping in the production was comprehensively summarized. Combined with production practice and application feedback, specific reason analysis was carried out and the effective method to improve the yield and quality of molybdenum products stamping was obtained.
