党参-黄芪药对不同配比的中医应用数据分析

Analysis of TCM Application Data of Different Ratios for Codonopsis Pilosulae and Astragalus Membranaceus

目的采用统计分析方法,探讨党参、黄芪在中药方剂中的配比及其与疾病之间的相关性,为党参-黄芪药对的临床应用提供依据。方法检索中国中医科学院中医药信息研究"中国方剂数据库"含有党参、黄芪的中药方剂,建立党参-黄芪方剂-配比-疾病-科属数据库,进行统计学分析。结果在528首含党参、黄芪的方剂中,以1:1的比例进行配比出现频次最多,为255次,占总数的48. 3%,其次为1:2和2:3,分别为78次、40次,占总数的14. 8%和7. 6%;所治疾病科属以内科、妇科和五官科的方剂出现频次最多,分别为376、71和25次,占总数的71. 2%、13. 4%和4. 7%,且内科疾病以1:1和1:2比例、妇科以1:1和3:4比例及外科和五官科以1:1配比相对较高。结论揭示了党参-黄芪配比-疾病-科属的应用特点与规律,为中医临床指导用药和新药开发提供参考。

Objective ： To analyze the ratio of Codonopsis Chinese medicine prescriptions and its relationship with disease for the clinical application of Codonopsis - Astragalus. Methods ： pilosulae and Astragalus membranaceus in traditional by statistical analysis method and to provide evidence The Chinese medicinal formulae containing Codonopsis Astragalus was searched in the Chinese herbal medicine database of Chinese medicine information research of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the database of Codonopsis - Astragalus prescription - matching - disease family and genus was established for statistical analysis. Results：Among 528 prescriptions containing Codonop- sis - Astragali ,the ratio of 1 ： 1 was the highest,255 times,accounting for the total of 48.3% ,followed by 1：2 and 2：3, respectively;78 times and 40 times, accounting for the total of 14. 8% and 7.6%. In the departments of the disease treatment, internal medicine, gynecology and ENT appeared most fi＇equently,376,71 and 25 times respectively, account ing for the total of 71.2% ,13.4% ,and 4.7% ,and the ratio of necology,and 1：1 for surgery and ENT. Conclusion：This paper 1：1 and 1：2 for medical diseases,1：1 and 3：4 for gy reveals the application characteristics and regularity of Codonopsis Astragalus prescription -matching -disease family and genus, and provides reference for the clinical guidance for TCM pharmacy and the development of new drugs.
