2-巯基乙醇是一种重要的化工中间体,用作腈纶生产的调聚剂和合成染料和农药的中间体。巯基乙醇也是生产第二代逆酯锡、有机锑系热稳定剂的主要原料之一。分别研究了常压条件下2-ME的固相催化和液相催化合成工艺,并对液相催化合成工艺在四川永业化工3000吨/年2-ME装置上的成功应用进行较为详细的阐述,并阐述了专用设备在液相催化合成工艺中的重要性。

This article is to research the synthesis methods by solid catalyst and liquid catalyst respectively,and to elaborate the successful application of liquid catalyst synthesis method in 3000t/a 2- ME device in Sichuan Yongye Chemicals Co., Ltd.
