建立了顶空气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇残留量的方法,该方法具有精密度较高、重现性较好、分离度高、样品预处理简便,试剂耗用少,分析时间短等优点,线性回归方程为y=134.34x-0.0574,相关系数r=0.999 9,RSD为0.47%,检出限为1.0μg/mL。完全适用于白酒中甲醇的定性定量测定。

A method for the determination of residual methanol in liquor by headspace gas chromatographywas established. The method has higher precision, better reproducibility and separation. The sample pretreatment was simple, less consumption of reagents and shorter analysis time. The linear regression equation was y=134.34× 0.0574, and correlation coefficient was r=0.999 9,RSD was 0.47%. The detectionlimit was 1.0 μg/mL. The method was suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of methanol in liquor.
