新型水泥基防渗注浆材料特性配比试验

摘要 随着经济的快速发展,水泥注浆工程也逐步被应用在地基的加固、桥梁的加固、路面的修补等建筑工程中。但由于长期受到地下水与工业污水的动水冲刷与浸透,使水泥结石体的强度变弱,甚至发生破坏。因此,通过以硫酸盐水泥为熟料,掺入粉煤灰、硅灰以及矿渣微粉等矿物掺合料设计正交试验,研究出新型水泥基防渗注浆材料。这种新型多元复合水泥浆材有效提高了结石体的抗渗性。通过试验得到了最佳配比为钢渣微粉取代率30%,硅灰取代率3%,粉煤灰取代率15%,水灰比0.5。 With the rapid development of economy,cement grouting project has been gradually applied to the gradual reinforcement of the foundation,the bridge reinforcement,road repair and other construction projects. But due to long-term groundwater and industrial water by the water washed and soaked,so that the strength of cement stone body weakened,or even damage. Therefore,through the use of sulfate cement as clinker,mixed with fly ash,silica fume and slag powder and other mineral admixture design orthogonal test,developed a new type of cement-based anti-seepage grouting material. This new multi-composite cement slurry effectively improves the impermeability of stone. The optimum ratio was 30% for steel slag,3% for silica fume,15% for fly ash and 0. 5 for water and ash.
