热熔型路面灌缝材料的制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了国内外灌缝材料的技术要求。通过对实验室制备出的灌缝沥青样品分析得出:SBS掺加量在5%~8%范围时,软化点在83~96℃,完全符合加热型密封胶JT/T740—2015中所有型号的要求;SBS掺加量5%~10%时,锥入度为60~97 1/10 mm,符合高温型、普通型2个牌号;SBS掺加量6.5%~10%时,弹性恢复为31%~47%,符合所有类型的密封胶要求。助溶剂掺加量增加,锥入度随之增大;改性剂B、改性剂C、助剂掺加量增加,锥入度减小。试验制备的样品其锥入度、软化点、弹性恢复、流动值符合JT/T740—2015《加热型密封胶》中高温型、普通型和低温型技术要求。 The technical requirements of filling materials home and abroad are introduced in this paper. Through analyzing the seal asphalt samples prepared in laboratory, it is obtained that when the amount of SBS admixture is in the range of 5 % to 8 % , the softening point is in 83 - 96 ℃, which iully meets the requirements of all product models in JT/T 740 -2015. When the SBS admixture in 5 % to 10 % , the cone penetration degree is 60 to 97 1/10 ram, which is conforms to two brands of high temperature type and common type. When dosage of SBS is 6.5 % to 10 % , the elasticity recovely is 31% to 47 %, which meets the requirements all types of sealant. Cone penetration degree increased with the increasing of auxilial-y solvent additive amount, while cone penetration degree deceases with modifier B, modifier C, and additive D increasing. The cone penetration degree, softening point, elastic recovely and flow value of test samples meet the technical requirements of high temperature, normal and low temperature types products in JT/T 740 -2015 Heated Sealant
