废旧胶粉改性沥青及混合料性能研究

Study on the Performance of Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen and Its Mixture

本项目开发的胶粉改性沥青具有优异的性能指标,试验考察了胶粉目数、掺量对胶粉改性沥青的指标变化规律。研究表明:综合考虑胶粉改性沥青性能指标、成本等因素,选取胶粉40目和掺量21%制备的胶粉改性沥青性能最优,SHRP性能等级达到PG 76-22,且混合料性能指标均满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》技术要求。

Crumb rubber modified bitumen developed in this project has excellent pertformance indexes, and the influence of rubber powder mesh number and content on the index change rule of rubber powder modified asphalt was investigated. The results show that 40 mesh rubber powder and 21% mixing amount is optimum considering performance and raw material price. This crumb rubber modified bitumen meets SHRP level PG 76 - 22, and the mixture performance indexes satisfied ＇ construction of highway asphalt pavement technical specification＇
