玛瑞原油生产和易性高黏高弹沥青的研究

Study on Producing Workability High-viscosity High-elasticity Asphalt Derived from Merry Crude Oil

以南美玛瑞原油生产的玛瑞70号沥青(简称玛瑞70)开展和易性高粘高弹沥青的制备。试验结果表明,该沥青60℃动力黏度可达100 000 Pa·s以上,135℃旋转黏度小于5.0 Pa·s,软化点超过90℃,具有较好高温性能和施工和易性。沥青混合料具有良好的抗车辙能力、水稳定性以及低温抗裂性能,可用于桥面铺装和高等级公路等工程施工。

By Merry No. 70 asphalt （Merry 70 ior short） derived from South American Merry crude oil, we produced workability high -viscosity high -elasticity asphalt. The test results showed that the kinetic viscosity at 60 ℃ of this asphalt reached the above 100 000 Pa · s. Brookfield rotary viscosity at 135 ℃belowed 5.0 Pa · s, and softening point over 90 ℃, this asphalt has excellent high temperature performance and work- able performance. Asphalt mixture has good rutting resistance, water stability and low temperature cracking resistance. It is suitable for bridge deck pavement and high - grade highways.
