选煤厂涡流分配稀介箱的研发与应用

摘要 针对陕西彬长矿业文家坡选煤厂泥化-湿黏煤造成的磁选机入料不稳定、介耗高的问题,提出了改造稀介缓冲箱的解决方法。对提出的4种箱体结构,分别采用Solid Works软件进行结构优化和流场模拟,得出了一种最优的箱体结构。通过改造,文家坡选煤厂介耗由1.8 kg/t下降到1.2 kg/t以下,矸石带煤率由改造前的0.5%下降到了目前的0.12%,效果良好。 In view of the feeding instability and high medium consumption of the magnetic separator,which is caused by the mud and wet sticky coal in Wenjiapo coal preparation plant of Shaanxi Binchang mining company,the solution of transforming the dilute medium buffer box was put forward.By using Solid Works software,the structure and flow field of the four kinds of box structures was simulated,and an optimal box structure was obtained.Through the transformation of Wenjiapo coal preparation plant,the medium consumption decreased from 1.8 kg/t to less than 1.2 kg/t,and the coal content of gangue dropped from 0.5% to 0.12% at present.
