切顶卸压沿空留巷技术在鹿台山煤业的应用

Application of gob entry retaining technology with pressure relief by roof cutting in Lutaishan coal mine

通过分析鹿台山煤矿在2203采煤工作面应用的切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺,结合采煤工作面顶板压力特点,摸索出了切顶卸压沿空留巷分区支护的方法,为成功留巷提供了依据。进一步解决了单翼布置中孤岛工作面的回采问题,提高了矿井的安全性,减少了巷道掘进费和维护费,提高了煤炭资源回收率,增加了煤矿效益。

By analyzing the geological conditions and strata behaviors characteristics of No.2203 coal mining face in Lutaishan coal mine,the method of sublevel supporting for gob side entry retaining was discussed.The application shows that the method can solves the problem of the mining of the isolated island working face in the single wing arrangement,improves the safety of the coal mine,reduces the tunneling and maintenance costs,improves the recovery rate of coal resources,and increases the benefit of the coal mine.
