摘要
带式输送机是煤炭生产中不可缺少的重要设备,节能潜力大。通过对带式输送机的特点进行介绍,分析了变速运行可以使其电能节省5%左右,但是要注意最低速度和速度对运量的分段匹配。因此,设计了以西门子S7-300PLC为核心的硬件结构框图和控制程序流程图。通过PLC的控制能够根据不同运料情况,调节运行速度,实现节能的目的。
Belt conveyor is indispensable and important equipment in coal production,and has great potential for energy saving.The analysis of the characteristics of the belt conveyer shows that the speed regulation can save about 5% of its electric energy,but it is necessary to pay attention to the minimum speed and the matching of speed with volume.Therefore,the hardware block diagram and control flow chart with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the core are designed.PLC control can adjust the running speed according to different material conditions,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
