摘要
通过分析煤矿风氧化带的特点,研究掘进工作面过风氧化带的施工工艺,总结出了大断面巷道采用组合支护技术过风氧化带方法,先组合支护再施工导硐、最后注浆替换棚梁、刷扩导硐成型,在大断面巷道过风氧化带施工过程中取得了良好效果。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the wind oxidation zone in coal mine,the construction technology of the heading face in wind oxidation zone was studied,and the combined support technology of the large section roadway was discussed.The sequence of the roadway construction is to carry out combined support,to construct pilot tunnel,to replace shed beam by grouting,and to enlarge pilot tunnel.The good effect of construction process of large cross section roadway in wind oxidation zone was achieved.
