摘要
随着我国经济建设的迅猛发展,国有工程设计企业作为我国工程建设的重要组成部分,对百姓生活与生产建设起到至关重要的影响作用。论文通过对国有工程设计企业的员工培训管理与绩效考核管理进行具体分析,阐明了员工培训管理与绩效管理相结合的重要性,并提出相关的优化意见,为我国建筑设计企业的稳固发展提供有力保障。
With the rapid development of China's economic construction, state-owned engineering design enterprises, as an important part of China's engineering construction, play a vital role in the people's life and production construction. Through the detailed analysis of the management of employee training in state-owned engineering design enterprises and the performance appraisal management, the paper expounds the necessity of the combination of the employee training management and performance management, and puts forward the relevant optimization suggestions, so as to provide strong guarantee for the stable development of architectural design enterprises.
