现场施工管理规划在建筑工程中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Site Construction Management Planning in the Architectural Engineering

随着我国建筑项目数量的增长,工程现场施工质量越来越受到社会的关注。鉴于此,论文首先阐述了现场施工管理规划工作的内容,包括质量、管理及作业安全三个层面,其次指出了现阶段建筑工程项目现场施工管理中存在的问题,包括质量管理、材料管理以及安全管理三个方面。最后提出了将现场施工管理规划应用在建筑工程管理中的建议,旨在提升建筑工程施工品质。

With the increase of the number of construction projects in China, the construction quality of engineering site is getting more and more attention from the society. In view of this, first of all, the content of site construction management planning is elaborated, including quality,management and operation safety. Secondly, it points out the problems existing in the site construction management of construction project at the present stage, which includes three aspects： quality management, material management and safety management. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of site construction management planning in architectural engineering management, so as to improve the construction quality of the engineering projects.
