摘要
高校为了提高学校形象,为师生提供更多的学习资源,一般都有馆藏较大的图书馆。随着近年来新媒体的发展,大多高校图书馆推出了读者服务新模式。读者服务新模式充分利用了新媒体,构建了借阅服务模式、咨询服务模式、个性化服务模式等等,极大优化了图书馆的服务模式,提高了图书馆的读者服务水平。论文将着重探讨新媒体环境下高校图书馆读者服务新模式的构建。
In order to improve the image of the university and provide more learning resources for teachers and students, universities usually have libraries of large collections. In recent years, with the development of the new media, most university libraries have launched a new mode of reader service. The new mode of reader service has made full use of the new media, and has constructed the lending service mode, the consulting service mode, the personalized service mode and so on, which has greatly optimized the service mode of the library and improved the level of the reader service of the library. This paper will mainly discuss the construction of a new mode of reader service in university libraries under the new media environment.
