This paper expounds some problems and difficulties in the construction of grass-roots class youth league branch in colleges and universities in combination with the actual work. In view of these circumstances, some suggestions and measures for the construction of the class youth league branch are put forward, which has certain reference significance to the reform and construction of the communist youth league at the grassroots level.
