冷水机组板换冻裂原因分析及解决方案

Cause Analysis and Solutions of Frost Cracking of Plate Type Heat Exchanger of Water Chilling Unit

冷水机组里使用板式换热器作为冷凝器或者蒸发器,已经逐渐成为制冷空调行业的发展趋势。在实际应用过程中,由于机组系统设计不完善或者用户使用不当,容易引起板换冻裂的失效模式,论文拟结合失效板换的拆检结果,采用鱼骨图分析法,从两方面展开原因分析,并提出相应的解决方案。

Using plate heat exchanger as the condenser or evaporator in the water chilling unit has gradually become the development trend of refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. In the practical application process, due to the imperfect design of the unit system or improper use of the users, the failure mode of frost cracking of plate type heat exchanger is easy to be caused. In this paper, combined with the result of disassembly and inspection of the failure plate, the fish bone graph analysis method is used to analyze the causes from two aspects, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
