摘要
国内部分核电厂电动给水泵系统(APA)采用了德国福伊特公司(Voith)的未带勺管保卫功能的液力耦合调速系统,当该液力耦合调速系统出现例如勺管位置整定值断线等特定故障时会出现勺管直接降到最小位置,造成给水泵转速下降无法给蒸汽发生器正常供水,不利于核电厂的安全运行;研究增加液力耦合器勺管保位功能能在特定故障模式下保证勺管保持在当前位置,可有效增加电动给水泵给蒸汽发生器供水的可靠性。
The electrically driven feed pump system(APA) of some nuclear power plants in China adopts the fluid coupling speed regulating system of Voith, Germany, it has no spoon tube protection function. When the fluid coupling speed regulating system appears specific faults such as the set value break of the spoon-tube position, the spoon tube will be directly reduced to the minimum position, which will cause the water supply can not be supplied to the steam generator due to the decline of the feed pump speed, and it is unfavorable to the safe operation of nuclear power plant. Studying the add of the position keeping function of the hydrodynamic coupling spoon tube, so as to ensure that the spoon tube remains in its current position when in a particular fault mode, which can effectively increase the reliability of supplying water to steam generator by electrically driven feed pump.
