基于结构方程模型的民宿APP使用意愿研究

Research on the Willingness of Using Minshuku APP Based on Structural Equation Model

本研究在构建结构方程民宿APP使用意愿模型的基础上,对民宿APP使用意愿的问卷调查结果进行实证分析,从中找出影响用户使用民宿APP的主要因素有:风险认知、易用性认知、APP信息质量等。结合调研过程中发现的问题,对现存民宿APP存在的不足提出对策建议,改善用户体验,从而推动民宿APP的发展。

Based on the construction of the willingness mode of the structural equation minshuku APP, this study empirically analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey on the willingness to use the minshuku APP, and finds the main factors influencing the user＇s use of the minshuku APP：risk perception, easy-to-use recognition, information quality of APP, etc. Combined with the problems found in the investigation process, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the shortcomings of the existing minshuku APP, so as to improve the users＇ experience, and promote the development of minshuku APP.
