摘要目的探讨Bakri球囊治疗产后出血的效果。方法回顾性分析本院78例产后出血患者应用Bakri球囊治疗的效果。结果产后出血的主要原因是子宫收缩乏力、前置胎盘、胎盘粘连、胎盘剥离面出血、胎盘早剥、胎盘植入,Bakri球囊治疗产后出血成功76例,成功率为97.4%。结论 Bakri球囊止血效果明确,操作简便。 Objective To investigate the effect of Bakri balloon on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The clinical efficacy of 78 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital treated with Bakri balloon were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main causes of postpartum hemorrhage were uterine atony,placenta previa,placental adhesion,placental abruption,placental abruption,placenta accreta,and postpartum hemorrhage of 76 cases were successfully treated by Bakri balloon,the success rate was 97. 4%. Conclusion Bakri balloon has better hemostasis effect,with simple operation.
