北方典型钢铁企业非常规水源综合利用与思考

Considerations of using unconventional water sources for typical iron and steel companies in North China

针对我国水资源赋存条件与供需特征,选择山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司作为北方缺水地区典型钢铁企业进行分析。通过深入研究企业用水工艺及水资源开发利用情况,分析总结企业在中水及城市污水利用方面的经验与不足,从推进节水管理、强化风险防控、优化水资源统一配置等方面提出非常规水源综合利用建议,为推动钢铁企业水资源高效利用提供参考。

Taking water resources conditions and supply demand analysis into consideration, the paper analyzes the typical iron and steel companies in water scarce North China by using Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co. Ltd（TISCO）as a case. The study concentrates on the technologies the company adopted for using reclaimed water and recycled water, in order to accumulate experiences for water saving, risk prevention and optimize water resources allocation by means of comprehensive utilization of unconventional water resources and provide solutions for highly efficient utilization of water resources of iron and steel companies.
