通过推行错时检修、均衡检修等优化策略对不同检修项目进行整合,增加关键部件的专项修以延长动车组的高级修周期,有效地满足了客流潮汐性的特点,提高了客运收入;通过成立专业检修小组、强化流程节点控制,解决了因整修后作业量增加、项点变更等导致检修不到位、卡控不到位问题,可有效提高检修质量。

Such optimization strategies as alternative-time inspection and repair,balanced inspection and repair are carried out to make integration of different items of inspection and repair,the specialized repair is added for key parts to prolong the highgrade repair cycles of multiple units,thus,the feature requirements of tidal property of passenger flow are met effectively and the income from passenger transport is improved; Through establishment of specialized group of inspection and repair,strengthening the node control in the process,such problems as unfulfilled inspection,repair and control due to increase of work or change of items after repair are solved,hence,the quality of inspection and repair can be improved efficiently.
