人文关怀在癌症患者中的应用体会

Application experience of humanistic care in cancer patients

目的探讨人文关怀在癌症患者护理中的应用。方法选择社区卫生服务中心舒缓病房收治的32例晚期癌症患者,在常规护理的基础上给予人文关怀护理。收集并分析患者的一般资料,统计患者的入院病情评估分值,采用生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)进行生活质量评估。结果 32例患者入院后转归死亡28例(87.50%),死亡患者病情评估平均(47.35±8.41)分,住院时间为(31.68±7.31)d。经1周护理后,患者躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能和综合健康评分高于护理前,疲乏、疼痛、恶心等症状低于护理前(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀应用于晚期癌症患者的护理,可有效改善其生存质量。

Objective To study the application of humanistic care in the care of cancer patients. Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced cancer treated in our ward were given humanistic care on the basis of routine care. The general information of patients was collected and analyzed,and the patient＇s admission assessment scores was calculated,and quality of life was assessed by Quality of Life Scale（QLQ-C30）. Results Among thirty-two patients,28（87. 50%） patients died after hospitalization. The average disease condition score was（47. 35 ± 8. 41）,and length of hospital stay was（31. 68 ± 7. 31） days in the dead. After one week of nursing,the patients＇ physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,role function,social function,and comprehensive health score were significantly higher,and the symptoms of fatigue,pain,nausea,and other symptoms were significantly lower than nursing before（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Humanistic care can greatly improve quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
