急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗围术期的临床护理路径模式

Perioperative clinical nursing pathway for acute myocardial infarction patients with interventional therapy

目的探讨临床护理路径模式对急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗围术期的影响。方法选取本院100例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组采用常规护理,实验组加施临床护理路径模式,比较2组患者心理问题、疾病相关参数与并发症情况。结果实验组患者干预后惧怕手术、担心术中危险、惧怕疼痛、担心后遗症、质疑手术效果、担心再狭窄的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组干预后平均动脉压(MAP)水平显著低于对照组,心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)与每搏指数(SI)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组心律失常与腰酸背痛的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且便秘与失眠的发生率也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式在急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗围术期的临床应用效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway for acute myocardial infarction patients with interventional therapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（50 cases） and experimental group（50 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing pathway. Psychological problems,disease-related parameters and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the experimental group had significantly lower incidence rate of worries in surgery,intraoperative risk,pain,sequelae,unconformity of surgery effect,and the incidence of restenosis than the control group（P〈0. 01）. The mean arterial pressure（MAP） level in the experimental group was significantly lower after intervention,while the levels of cardiac output（CO）,stroke volume（SV） and stroke volume index（SI） were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. The incidences of arrhythmia and back pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）,and constipation and insomnia were lower（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway hassignificant clinical efficacy in perioperation by interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
