快速康复外科理念指导下甲状腺癌围术期护理观察

Observation on perioperative nursing of thyroid carcinoma under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery

目的探究快速康复外科理念指导下实施围术期护理干预对甲状腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取88例甲状腺癌患者进行研究,根据字母表法随机均分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理。比较2组患者术后下床活动时间、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生情况、平均住院时间以及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组术后疼痛评分、平均住院时间、术后下床活动时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗效果以及对护理的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),而术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌患者实施快速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛,缩短平均住院时间和术后下床活动时间,提高患者对护理的满意度,减少并发症发生率,具有临床使用价值。

Objective To study clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with thyroid cancer under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods A total of 88 patients with thyroid cancer admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to alphabet method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care and those in the observation group underwent perioperative nursing under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation. Postoperative off-bed time,postoperative pain score,the incidence of complications,the average length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The postoperative pain scores,mean hospitalization time,postoperative off-bed time were lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）. The clinical treatment effect and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative care under guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with thyroid cancer can effectively relieve pain of patients,reduce average length of hospital stay and bed-off time,improve patients＇ satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,so it is of great value in clinic.
