精细化护理模式应用于骨科手术患者的有效性分析

目的探讨精细化护理模式应用在骨科手术患者中的有效性。方法选取本院骨科手术室患者180例,随机分为观察组(接受精细化护理模式干预)、对照组(接受常规护理),比较2组手术疗效及护理质量、焦虑情绪[汉密顿焦虑自评量表(HAMA)]、疼痛度(简化Mc Gill疼痛量表)、生存质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]、并发症情况。结果观察组手术准备时间、接送时间、手术时间、手术治疗有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,2组护理质量、WHOQOL-BREF、HAMA、Mc Gill评分差异显著(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论精细化护理模式可明显提高骨科手术患者的护理质量、手术疗效,减轻患者焦虑情绪及疼痛度,降低并发症发生率,有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore effect of fine nursing model in patients with orthopedic surgery. Methods A total of 180 patients with orthopedic surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group（fine nursing model intervention） and control group（routine nursing）. The operation efficacy and nursing quality,patient anxiety [Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale（HAMA）],pain degree（simplified Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire）,survival quality [WHO Quality of Life-BREF（WHO WHOQOL-BREF）] and complications were compared between two groups. Results Operation preparation time,transfer time,average time per operation and the effective rate in the observation group were better than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. After intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of nursing quality,WHOQOL-BREF,HAMA and Mc Gill between the two groups（P〈0. 01）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower compared with the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Fine nursing model can evidently improve nursing quality and surgical efficacy of patients in orthopedic operating room,relieve anxiety and pain degree and reduce complications,so it is of great value in promotion.
