摘要
通过宏观形貌、断口边缘壁厚、化学成分、断口形貌及腐蚀产物成分、显微组织检验等,对液化石油气钢瓶爆炸原因进行分析。结果显示:钢瓶炸成两半,仅靠一部分环焊缝相连,表明爆炸时能量非常高;钢瓶内壁未见明显腐蚀,断口为韧性断口,表明钢瓶爆炸与钢瓶本身质量及液化气的腐蚀无关;钢瓶内壁和断口附着物内C含量很高,这是液化石油气不完全燃烧产生的碳黑;阀门内部存在灰迹,表明在切割过程中产生回火,瓶内气体燃烧导致钢瓶产生化学爆炸。
The causes for rupture failure of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder were analyzed by inspecting the macroscopic profile,wall thickness of fracture edge,chemical composition,the fracture profile,composition of corrosion products,SEM microstructure. Through analysis,the cylinder was exploded into two halves which were connected by only a part of the girth weld,indicating the energy upon explosion was very high. No obvious corrosion was observed on the inner wall of the cylinder and the fracture was a ductile fracture,indicating that explosion of the cylinder was not related to the quality of the cylinder itself or the corrosion of the liquefied gas. The content of C in the attachments on inner wall and the fracture of the cylinder was very high,which is the carbon black produced by incomplete combustion of liquefied petroleum gas. The presence of ash traces inside the valve indicated that back fire occurred during the cutting process,and burning of the gas inside the cylinder caused the chemical explosion of the cylinder.
