城市天然气门站一般采用节流阀降压,通过研究,采用"两级膨胀发电"+"热泵分级补热"+"冷能制冰"的技术路线,以天然气单机双级螺杆式膨胀机为核心设备,替代原节流阀,在保障系统安全性的同时,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,宜复制推广。

The throttle valve is used for pressure deduction in city natural gas station.Through the study,using the technical route of ＂two-stage expansion power generation＂,＂graded heat supplement using heat pump＂and ＂making ice using cold energy＂,the two-stage screw expander for natural gas is adopted as the core equipment to replace the original throttle valve. So that it not only can keep the security system in safety,but also has good economic and social benefits,which should be replicated.
