摘要 制冷空调行业的制冷剂替代经历了多个过程,目前基于修订的《蒙特利尔议定书》和欧洲F-gas法规,对寻求低GWP的替代制冷剂提出了更高的要求。本文对R410A的可能替代制冷剂R452B的性能进行研究,理论计算和对一台5 Rt的屋顶式空调机组测试的结果表明:将R452B直接充注于现有的R410A机组时,制冷量相当,COP提升1%~4%。 The refrigeration and air-conditioning industry has experienced several phases of refrigerant substitution. Based on Kigali Amendment to Montreal Protocol and the European F-gas legislation,higher requests are put forward to seek for alternative refrigerants with lower GWP at present. The performance of R452 B as an alternative to R410 A is studied. Through the theoretical calculation and the test on the rooftop air-conditioning unit of 5 Rt,the results show that as R452 B is dropped in the existing R410 A unit,the cooling capacity is equivalent,and the COP is improved by 1% - 4%.
