群团改革背景下的“青年之声”平台建设现状与对策——以某省“青年之声”平台建设为例

Current Construction Situation of the "Voice of Youth" Platform under the Background of Group Reform and Countermeasures: Taking Some Province as an Example

以"青年之声"互动社交平台建设为突破口的"网上共青团"建设,是共青团改革的重要任务。某省"青年之声"互动社交平台建设运行情况调查显示,平台在社会知晓度、产品供应、线下服务、社会化专业化程度、资源整合融合方面存在突出问题。共青团组织应健全培训体系,提升团干部建网占网用网的意识和能力;推进资源整合和功能融合,打造各级团组织直接联系、服务、引领青年的统一网络平台;搭建专业化团队,提升"青年之声"内容生产和平台运维的科学化水平;培育核心竞争力,将共青团的组织优势体现在网络空间,努力打造青年触手可及的"网上共青团"。

The construction of ＂ online communist youth league＂ with the interactive social platform construction of ＂ voice of youth＂ as the point of penetration is an important task of the reform of the communist youth league. In this paper,the social survey data analysis of some province interactive platform ＂ voice of youth ＂ shows that prominent problems exist in popularity,product supply,offline social service,social specialization degree and resources integration fusion aspect,which suggests that the communist youth league organizations should improve the training system,improve cadres＇ consciousness and ability of using network. We will promote integration of resources and integration of functions,and create a unified network platform that directly links direct services to direct services of youth league organizations at all levels. We need to build a professional team to improve the scientific level of ＂ voice of youth＂ content production and platform operation and maintenance as well as to cultivate the core competitiveness,the organization advantages of the communist youth league that embodied in cyberspace. And efforts are also need to made to build the ＂ online youth league＂ which is accessible to young people.
