重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)二价灭活疫苗免疫效果检测分析

Analysis of Immune Effect of Recombinant Avian Influenza Virus(H5+H7) Bivalent Inactivated Vaccine

为了评价不同厂家生产的6种重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)二价灭活疫苗(H5N1 Re-8株+H7N9 Re-1株)对鸡的免疫效果,为疫苗的选择和制定切实可行的免疫程序提供参考,采用血凝抑制试验检测免疫二价苗后产生的抗体滴度,并进行多重比较和分析。结果:6种二价苗均可提供有效的免疫保护,但对H5和H7亚型的免疫保护存在差异,对H5亚型的免疫效果较好。

To evaluate the inmmne effect of six recombinant AIV （H5＋H7） bivalent inactivated vaccines （H5N1 Re-8＋H7N9 Re-1 ） produced by different manufacturers on chickens for providing references for vaccine selection and development of practical inmmnization procedures, hemagglutination inhibition was used to detect the antibody titer after inmmne bivalent vaccine and significant tests wereconducted with nmltiple comparing. Results ：all the six recombinant bivalent vaccines can provide effective inmmne protection, but there is a difference in the inmmne protection of H5 and H7 subtypes, and the inmmne effect of H5 subtypes is better.
