摘要 建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定面制品中铝含量的方法,经过一系列的条件实验及验证分析表明,方法标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 2,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.60%,加标回收率为98.3%~101%,方法灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠,能满足现有标准的检测要求。 In this paper,The method for determination of aluminum content in flour products by spectrophotometry by absorption spectroscopy in graphite furnace atomic is established.After a series of experimental analysis and statistical conditions verification,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 2,RSD was 0.60%,and the recovery rate was in the range 98.3%—101%.The method showed high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and accurate results that could meet the testing requirements of the existing standards.
