ICU护理人员不良事件风险认知现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Adverse Event Risk Perception in ICU Nurses

目的调查ICU护理人员护理不良事件风险认知的现状并分析其影响因素。方法抽取温州市4所三级甲等医院的220名ICU护理人员,采用护理不良事件风险认知量表及患者安全文化的感知调查问卷,采用多元回归分析ICU护理人员护理不良事件风险认知的影响因素。结果 ICU护理人员护理不良事件风险认知的总分为49.23±11.71分,多元回归分析显示工作年限、职称和患者安全文化是ICU护理人员护理不良事件风险认知的主要影响因素,共解释38.4%的变异量。结论临床管理者应更加关注ICU护理人员护理不良事件风险认知水平,尤其是工作年限较短的ICU护理人员,提高其患者安全文化感知水平,以改善ICU护理人员风险认知状况。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of nursing adverse events risk perception in ICU nurses. Methods A total of 220 ICU nurses were selected from four tertiary hospitals in Wenzhou by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with a self-designed information questionnaire, the risk perception scale of nursing adverse events and the perception questionnaire of patient safety culture. The influencing factors of nursing adverse events risk perception in ICU nurses were analyzed using multivariable regression analysis. Results The total score of nursing adverse events risk perception in ICU nurses was（49.23±11.71）. Multivariable regression analysis showed that the working time, job title and patient safety culture were the main influencing factors of nursing adverse events risk perception in ICU nurses, explaining 38.4% of the total variance. Conclusion Clinical managers should pay more attention to the risk cognition level of the nurses in ICU, especially the nurses who have a shorter working experiences, to improve their patient safety culture perception level, so as to the cognition of the risk of ICU nurses.
