Application of Fine Management to Improve the Quality of Obstetric Care

目的探讨分析精细管理在提高产科医疗管理质量的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年3月在我院产科分娩的3214例产妇作为研究对象,于2016年9月开始实施精细管理;其中对照组(2016年2月至2016年8月)1495例,行常规护理管理,观察组(2016年9月至2017年3月)1719例,在对照组的基础上予以精细化管理,比较两组管理质量评分及管理效果。结果观察组护理基础知识、表格书写、服务态度、操作技术、产妇满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组护患沟通时间明显长于对照组,母乳早期喂养早吸吮开始时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组产程观察准确率91.86%,与对照组76.09%比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论精细管理可有效提高产科医疗管理质量,改善护理效果,值得积极应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of fine management on improving the quality of obstetric medical management. Methods A total of 3214 pregnancy women who gave birth in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were studied, and the fine management has been implemented since September 2016. The control group（February 2016 to August 2016） had 1495 cases, and received routine nursing management. The observation group（September 2016 to March 2017） had 1719 cases, and received fine management. We compared quality score and management results between the two groups. Results The nursing basic knowledge, table writing, service attitude, operation technique and maternal satisfaction score were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（p〈0.05）. The observation group nurse-patient communication time was obviously longer than the control group, and the early sucking start time shortened. The differences were the statistical significance（p〈0.05）. The observation group Labour observation accuracy rate was 91.86%, which is 76.09% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Fine management can effectively improve the quality of obstetric medical management and improve the nursing effect, which is worthy of further application and popularization.
