摘要
目的构建基层医院医护人员心理健康管理模式。方法根据基层医院特点制定心理健康管理模式,纳入124例医护人员,对其进行心理健康管理,利用SCL-90心理调查问卷评估管理前后的心理健康状态。结果实施基层医护人员心理健康管理前,基层医院医护人员的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执得分及阳性项目个数显著高于成人常模组(p<0.05),人际关系得分显著低于成人常模组(p<0.05)。管理后医护人员躯体化、抑郁、偏执得分和阳性项目数显著下降(p<0.05),人际关系得分显著上升(p<0.05)。结论基层医院医护人员心理健康管理模式能够有效提高心理健康,缓解其紧张、烦躁不安等情绪,提高工作质量和工作效率。
Objective To construct the mental health management model of health care workers in primary hospitals. Methods According to the characteristics of the primary hospital, the psychological health management model was established. A total of 124 medical staff were included and received the mental health management. We used SCL-90 psychological questionnaire to evaluate their mental health status before and after the management. Results Before the implementation of mental health management of primary health care staff, the number of somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoid scores and positive items in primary hospital were significantly higher than that of the general adults(p〈0.05), and interpersonal score was significantly lower than that of the general adults(p〈0.05). After management, the number of somatization, depression, paranoid scores and positive items decreased significantly(p〈0.05), and interpersonal scores increased significantly(p〈0.05). Conclusion The mental health management model of the medical staff in the primary hospital can improve the mental health effectively, relieve the tension and restlessness, and improve the work quality and working efficiency.
